you have an issue with something about the
League, there are steps you can take to
resolve conflicts in the NVIAC
Procedure Manual, Article I, Section 2.
If
the matter relates to the league game
administration (standings, tournaments, games,
etc.), please contact the Statistician.
If
the matter needs to be referred to the
Executive Board, the Statistician
will
do so and let you know.
